As I continue to grow my business, I’m excited to soon offer headspa treatments, spray tanning, teeth whitening, and permanent makeup. Cancellation Policy
No-Show and Cancellation Policy
At Allure Beauty Studios by Jeila, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure that appointments run smoothly and everyone receives the care they deserve, we have implemented the following policy regarding no-shows and cancellations:
• Security Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
• No-Show Policy: Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will also be forfeited. This policy ensures that our schedule remains efficient and fair to all clients.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
• Limited Availability: When an appointment is cancelled on short notice or missed entirely, it prevents us from filling that time slot with another client, which results in lost time and revenue.
• Respect for Other Clients: Every client’s time is valuable, and this policy ensures fairness to those waiting for appointments. It helps maintain a smooth schedule so we can offer the best possible service to everyone.
• Financial Stability: Running a business involves managing time and resources effectively. No-shows and late cancellations directly affect our ability to cover operational costs and continue providing excellent service.
Late Arrival Policy
• Late Arrivals: If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you if there are other clients scheduled. This policy helps us stay on time and respectful of everyone’s appointment.
• Communication is Key: If you know you will be late, please call or text us as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice may result in the need to reschedule or reduce your service to fit the remaining time.
• Why This Policy Matters: Late arrivals affect not only your service but also the appointments of clients scheduled after you. By adhering to this policy, we can ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience for everyone.
